"On Sat, 0ct. 30, 2021 I had a reservation for 12 at your Massapequa location at 4:45pm, made Oct 26. At 3:00pm, Oct 30 I was notified that VooDoo booked a party for 40 people in my time slot. I no longer had my reservation. Trying to find somewhere else was impossible. It just shows where there priorities are. This was an absolute disgrace."

"Went here for my mother’s birthday. She enjoyed herself. We went on a Tuesday night and it was surprisingly packed. We didn’t have a reservation but they were able to seat us within 10 minutes. This was not my first time here. I would recommend making reservations. Also, arrive early because parking in the area is quite difficult. Service can also be quite slow though.
