"I was excited to order from here as their menu was enticing. I wanted to order online for a later pick up time, there online ordering was not working so I called my order in instead. The phone call seemed rushed and they didn’t ask for my name. Which I found kind of odd. I called at 1pm and asked for my 1 sandwich to be ready for a 2pm pickup, upon arriving there my sandwich was not ready and the staff seemed confused.
