"5 stars for their Wednesday two-for-one sundae deal, 4 stars for the ice cream itself. I adore Carvel cakes, and their sundae (got the vanilla-chocolate soft serve with rainbow sprinkles and hot fudge) was delicious, but I felt kind of nauseous by the end of the sundae. I'm good for a while but really glad I came."

"Nasty lady... Went in many times to order pistachio soft serve and she refuses and makes believe that she doesn't understand you when you tell her that the ice cream is too soft and to let it run a little bit before putting it into the cone. The man who runs the store and I believe who is the owner is very curt and not very obliging at all. I went in to buy a $47 ice cream cake from my wife's 60th birthday and he told me he didn't have time to put flowers on it. For a business that achieves high margins it's hard to believe that he didn't have time to put flowers on a $47 sale. What a j * TOM CARVEL IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE!"

"I purchased Fudgie the Whale Cake . it was great! if you purchase from this location, just call before placing order. Carvel website and Google both said the store opened at 1030. I placed.order for a 12p-1p pickup. My dash driver arrived and messaged me around 1215 saying the store was closed!! I tried calling multiple times with no avail. I was so lucky that my driver stayed at the location because the store opened up around 1230. I was able to receive my order but very frustrating that the time of opening wasnt correct. I almost placed an order for another location and wouldve been charged double"

"The staff is young, but great!! Did not have this illusive sandy texture from their hard serve ice, but had their soft servings a bit too soft, sometimes but still, large ice as a whole. Only space for pistachios and mint chip ice. Totally reminds me of my summer as a child when a huge ice cone from the carvel for a dollar was a big treat and something to be happy."

"I used to enjoy this restaurant, but I have been disappointed with their black and white dessert on two separate occasions. Both times, the dessert was poorly made with an excessive amount of milk and hardly any chocolate sauce. "I brought my grandson to the restaurant for ice cream, and all he asked for was a vanilla sundae with one cherry and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. However, the woman working at the counter decided to give him an excessive amount of cherries with sauce, which was not what we had requested. "I used to love Carvel, but I will never come back to this particular location. The staff here is honestly terrible. I would rather go to 7/11. Every time I have visited, I have been polite and pleasant, and I have always left a generous tip. In return, I have received rude and impolite service. Not a single smile or thank you, even after tipping. If I am desperate for ice cream next time, I will go to 7/11 or make my own instead of coming back here. Carvel has really changed. I will try a different location next time."
