"6:30AM on 9/15/2022, I asked for a dozen bagels individually cut and packed individually for my office. The short husky mug Melissa tells me they don't. That's why the little Mom Pop Bagel places are better. The mating girl Melissa was just lazy. There was even a man in the prep area. I asked Melissa why can't this man do it? Melissa tells me he doesn't do that she has to. Anyone who has heard of the countermaid who has processed the payments at the front counter and has processed the prep area, while the prep type is just around nothing. I hope their district manager sees this comment and corrects this behavior from these 2 employees, but if these 2 employees represent the way things are done, then it will probably not change. Your DM is probably just as lazy. I'm not coming back to BWB. So disappointed. Melissa even gives me her business card with her manager number. Who knows if it's the right phone number. Friendly advice. A manager is not acting like Melissa."

"Really good service, and usually quick. Great bagels, great sammiches, great coffee.But today, the older dude with crossed eyes was eating crumbs out of the bagel slicer while he was cutting my bagels. It was really weird. I don't think he got anything in bagels, but he was eating with his gloved hand. Not sure that's professional."

"I ordered a dozen bagels along with a couple of cream cheese spreads for a party. The bagels were incredibly fresh, and some were even warm when I picked them up. They looked fantastic when I sliced them open. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy any at the party, but the next day I toasted one, and it was delicious! BWB is now definitely on my list of places to visit when I'm in Boynton Beach. "

"Not sure what's changed, but this bagels this morning we? probably the best bagels I've ever had in the state of Florida. I'm a New Yorker so that it says a lot. Bagels are my favorite food and oasis? no bagel in the state of Florida comparable to New York Bagels The bagels here were definitely not this fluffy and tasty last time I was here, I am back for the season and intend to be here every day to breakfast five stars all the way. Whatever changed guys think it's best Bagels I ever had this morning. I even return to get something for my family."
