"When my girlfriend suggested Rutabagas for dinner, I told myself that I would keep an open mind. I've haven't had a lot of vegan food, and wanted to make sure I gave it a fair shot. And boy did they deliver. I had the Patty melt, and I was blown away. If you were served this, without knowing it was completely meatless, You would have no idea. The restaurant itself is very clean, fresh and modern. The staff was very helpful, and so so nice. It is my favorite restaurant in Lincoln, and in my top 5 restaurants I've been to. If someone you know is skeptical of vegan food, or is just opposed to it, definitely bring them here. The food is amazing, whether you are vegan or not"
