"Got wrong orders for the 3rd time but this time I wanted to leave a review. You guys running a (big) business but not all employees were trained well to pay at least small attention to orders. The first time got me wrong food (in bag, seal tight) I didnt mind much because I worked at restaurants too and I understand how busy and stressful it was. The 2nd time I called back, a girl NEVER say a sorry word, just said “well then you can just come back and we will see”. What if I live so far from you, and when I got home I just opened the bag and see? Today is the third time, an order #200 with Strawberry Blueberry sea salt cream but I got #199 different name and drink. My first reaction was “again?” . All staff with young people, please pay attention to customers. Everyone has mistakes but the attitude you show after that is more important."
