"I had a negative experience at this restaurant due to their poor customer service and lack of common sense. Today, I ordered a drink and paid with my credit card, but their card machine was not working. While I continued to try to pay, they had already made my drink. Despite this, they refused to give me the drink that had been prepared. I believe that out of courtesy, they should have given me the drink since they ended up throwing it out anyway. As a result of this disappointing experience, I am giving this restaurant a one-star review and will not be supporting this location or business in the future."
