"Here's where it gets really special: the woman behind the counter came over to check if our slices were hot enough. She explained that she asked because she noticed my eyes looked "puffy." It was clear she wanted to ensure we were enjoying our meal. We shared with her that we had just received some bad news and took a seat at our table to wait for our food. As she passed by, we felt overwhelmed with emotion, and she was incredibly kind! She was the first person we had encountered since leaving the hospital, and we were feeling very low. She took the time to come over and showed genuine interest in our situation. I can't imagine how we would have felt if she had simply ignored us, but thankfully she didn't! It was like she instinctively understood what we were going through. We truly felt that she was sent to us at that moment to lift our spirits. Thank you so much, kind woman, wherever you are! "The food here is tasteless, the pizza should not be on the menu,and ALL the pastries and cookies are stale.The workers do not exercise proper food handling or wear gloves, and if you want to catch something other than salmonella, go into thebathroom.....with the prices they charge,they can afford to renovate and clean it,what a horrendous place. I gave it 2 starsbecause they do carry bottled stuff to drink, and the AC works in the summer."

"Opening late, right next to the subway L B62. Services are cool. I like coming here, everyone is laid back non judgmental vibe!! Strawberry Chocolate chip ice cream is tasty and it's quite large size for 1scoop. I got cold kept eating it Lol hostess has to be well mannered when the customers come. This is your place and its ten minutes. From KOA Meadeville campsite!!! Over 50 flavors of milk shakes. I set the menu in pictures of my review!!!! And the prices are also solid. "I went there for just a quick simple meal. The staff was friendly, and worked quickly on our order. The only downside is the outdoor seating in the winter, so they have heating elements that were turned on, it was still somewhat chilly. Also I would suggest not using their reserved parking"

"I rate this place 4 out of 5 stars because the desserts are really hit or miss. I would say most desserts are above average, some are out of this world, and the rest are not very good at all. I have been here a few times and this is my first review of the place.Let me start by saying there are a lot of tables inside and it gets very crowded after dinner time. There are not many sit-in dessert places on bell blvd so many people come here. You may be inches away from the next table but the seating is comfortable and turnover is quick.This particular time that I went, I ordered a slice of berry pie with ice cream and a slice of triple chocolate mousse cake. The berry pie had a crumb top which was nice and toasty. The berries gave the pie a nice tart flavor while the crumb topping added a nice textural component. The flavors of the pie complemented the scoop of vanilla ice cream. The mix of warm and cold and tart and sweet is just amazing. The triple chocolate mousse is made of a layer of white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate mousse sandwiched in between layers of dark chocolate cake. I typically do not enjoy desserts that are overly chocolately but somehow this cake breaks that rule. All 3 chocolate mousse layers as well as the cake are rich in chocolate flavor without being achingly sweet. I don’t think I could have finished the piece in one sitting but the few bites I had were heavenly."

"Despite many possibly thinking they only have deserts, All Things Chocolate is actually one of our favorite local places to have brunch/lunch {and desert, haha}. My husband and I have gone for a lunch date, I've met friends for lunch/dessert dates, and I've taken each of my children for mommy and son/daughter dates. "Where do I start? I'll start with the bottom line up front... Cons: Terrible experience with picking up an online order. I would have gotten my food faster if I ordered at the restaurant and waited. Also, I paid for an appetizer that I did NOT receive. Pros: Hostess stayed polite. Manager apologized and attempted to ameliorate the error(s). This was my first (and last) time ordering online from Clyde's in Chevy Chase. My dad's favorite birthday meal is lobster from Clyde's. I decided to pick up a few lobsters and two appetizers (soup and calamari) for my dad's 71st birthday. I ordered the food online and was notified that the food was ready for pickup prior to me getting there. I inquired at the front desk when I arrived and the very nice hostess told me it would be a few minutes. About 15 minutes later she said she would check with the kitchen. She returned and told me they were packing up the food and it would be just a few more minutes. A lot more than a few minutes passed and now I'm getting annoyed. The annoyance must have shown on my face because a guy (maybe an assistant manager) approached me and asked if I was waiting for an order. He said he would check on it. When he was back in my eyesight he was holding a to-go bag and I was glad the wait was over. However, it wasn't. The food wasn't mine. He didn't come back to me to give me a status update, but I saw him speak to someone else (another worker). Shortly after that a manager approached me and she said there had been some confusion about my order. It would be another 10 minutes. I explained that I was frustrated because I ordered the food a long time ago and that this was for my dad's birthday dinner, which is now behind schedule. She apologized and offered two free desserts. I said fine because I was just really annoyed and trying to keep calm about the whole situation. But we had absolutely no need for two desserts since we already had his favorite cake. Anyway, the 10 minutes pass and I'm still waiting. Around the 15 minute mark I approach the hostess and ask her to please check on the food again. She returned and told me it would be about another 5 minutes. At this point I'm thinking to myself this has to be a joke. If it were not the fact that the lobster was for my dad I would have respectfully asked for a refund in full and been done. Anyway, the manager comes back to me and tells me it will be another few minutes. In addition to offering the two free desserts, she apologized again and gave me a gift card for a solid amount (which I gifted to my dad, of course). After the very frustrating experience, I did appreciate the effort to try to make it right. However, when I got to my dad's house and took the food out of the bag, the appetizer (calamari) was MISSING. After all that...an hour for the food that was supposed to be ready when I got there and didn't even start getting made until at least 15 minutes after I arrived...the order I received wasn't even complete. Like...REALLY?!?!"

"I discovered this restaurant on a Saturday and decided to give it a try. It surpasses any deli or lunch spot we have here in Rhinebeck. My roast beef sandwich had the perfect combination of flavors and textures, and my husband couldn't stop talking about his chicken and eggplant sandwich. The staff were all pleasant and down-to-earth, which was a huge plus. The food was fantastic and there was no pretentious attitude. We both can't wait to return again soon."

"The food was done perfectly and the service was excellent. The Fresh Apple Martini was perfect and my lobster was spot on. Vegetarian options: Meh. Lots of fun salads, but there’s bacon on most so you have to customize. Vegans should take a pass. No real choices here. Dietary restrictions: You would need to ask to be sure, but GF seems like it would be hard. Like vegans there’s too much hidden in the ingredients. Definitely not celiac safe kitchen. Parking: The lot was huge, but no accessible parking that was easy to get to. It was very full so the lot made it hard to find a spot. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. No real kid options. Definitely more date night high end stuff. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible. Narrow aisles. No room for a wheelchair. Parking had a curb and was not accessible."
