"Botte Bar has a great choice of wine and the ambience was cozy and clean. Fabio, Francesco and Valerio were amazing and for it being the opening day, the expediting of dishes was on point! Highlights of my meal were the soppressata di pilopo, a tapas like dish made with thinly sliced octopus, topped with olive oil, crushed black pepper, arugula, and pomegranate. The pomegranate was a delicious pop of brightness and sweet and the octopus itself was tender and perfect. The tagliatelle alla bolognese was delicate and beautifully done. The bolognese sauce was spectacular and the ribbons of pasta were stunning in texture. I had that with the meatballs, which were perfectly portioned and melt in your mouth delicious! Overall, the food shines at Botte Bar and their flavors pop!!! I am so excited to come back and try different dishes. <3"
