He chose an egg sandwich, I chose the French omelet and we shared the salmon gravelax. Food came hot and fast. My two egg perfectly boiled omelet came with a beautiful French cheese. It was light and airy and so cozy good. The side was the star, two portions crispy light rusti. I died and went to heaven. A beautiful spring green mixture decorated the plate. My companion's sandwich was very perfect. Two eggs with crispy bacon, fresh avocado on fresh bread. It was oozing golden egg and goodness. The house cures Gravlax was raised. it came with a house made cream fraiche and green as well as homemade multicorn toast points. The flavors were incredible. Sometimes you don't want a meal to end and that was once. Our server recommended to finish our meal with a canelé. This contract is a small French pastry flavored with rum and vanilla with a soft and delicate Custard centre and a dark, thick caramelized crust. It is quite small, but a perfect way to finish our perfect meal. I must say this dessert was my lifetime favorite. I'd return for another Canelé. We visited the bar that was perfect for mixology with bitters and mixers. The deep house played. Glasses, dishes and bed linen are perfect. Chairs are comfortable.
