"ordered online but had to call 20 minutes after the order because I never received a confirmation. You have not checked the system until this moment (this has actually happened twice, now ordered by them). Which defeats the purpose of online ordering and in advance when I have to call and my order is not even confirmed or started, much less ready until I get there. I ordered what total $70 value on food [with tip]. O the menu items I ordered that they have been replaced for something else. I came home and was another menu item missing most articles. I have restored the bowl of noodles, but no meat, broth or blow in the bag for the Pho. I wouldn't say anything about which menu items we ordered and came home. The spicy beef stew was not very tasteful or spicy and was full of more skin and fat than genuine beef. The chicken soup with grill pork smelled and tasted soooo strong of fish we could not eat more than a few bites before it splash out. And the chicken plate was also quite bland. Both attempts to try Pho Tai were disappointing, and I'm pretty sure I won't order from there again."
