"One of my faves. Only negative is its kind of expensive, but it is sushi so I guess that's sort of par for the course. The sushi rolls are much smaller than Buredo if you've been there. And more fish focused which I think is great. But because they're smaller I have to get two and it ends up being $15 for my meal. The nice thing is then you can get some variety. My favorites are the salmon and the spicy tuna but they have like ten options now. They also have cooked seafood and non-seafood (pork) options which I haven't tried. They have a really cool little system where the rolls are pre-made and stored with the seaweed separated, then you wrap the seaweed onto it yourself using the packaging. It's very easy and kind of neat. It makes the seaweed nice and crisp when you eat it which is great."
