"This place is a part of my childhood. Seriously. There are stories that date back to my 7th birthday regarding the chicken pot pies that come out of this amazing little market. It's mostly prepared foods, which as an adult who enjoys cooking I typically steer clear of, but it's not like most places because they make everything in house. And, truthfully, I can't replicate these items. Just about everything I've had here is good, but the staples include: the marinated flank steak the chicken pot pies the scrapple I still have my mom buy the pot pies and the scrapple in bulk and transport them to me when she comes to visit. I've flown home with 6 of their chicken pot pies in my carry-on. Yes, I have. And as a Pennsylvania native, I can tell you that this is the best scrapple I've ever tasted."

"One of my favorite places. You’re always greeted with a “hello” when you walk in. Always great (and really affordable) lunch specials, excellent breakfast, and their catering is great too. The management is always there, friendly, and working hard. The employees, for the most part, are the same ones I’ve seen for the past year that I’ve been going there it’s nice to see the same faces all the time. Get the omelet hoagie sandwich for breakfast, sausage, mayo, salsa... so good!"

"Four of us good buddies did a winter Men's Retreat' in Syracuse's Armory Square to spend some time together and enjoy some bars and restaurants. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and did a bit of a pub crawl over a couple of days. Kitty Hoyne's is literally a crosswalk away from the hotel, so we stopped in here twice... once for evening drinks and once for lunch. We stopped in on a Wednesday night for drinks and the bar wasn't too full. We were able to get seats at the bar and the bartenders were very attentive and friendly. We had a good time but did find that the overall pub area is pretty loud. Also, the beer list was pretty good but not a lot of Irish' beers (just the usually Guinness, Harp, Smithwicks)... they had other beer on draft so there was something for everyone. We tried the famous' corned beef fritters.... perfectly cooked and filled with corned beef and Russian dressing. They were tasty but very rich, so one or two go a long way. We came back the next day for lunch and were seated in a quiet section of the dining area. Service was attentive and the food good. I had some sort of in-house smoked corned beef with cheese on a multi grain bread with fries... excellent. The pub is friendly, roomy, and has excellent service... highly recommended!"

"the waitress was so sweet .. the wings were good. there was a rainstorm while we were there so that everyone ran from outside inside and the waiters were soaked in and brought all the table settings and made sure everyone were safe... I just want to say that these waitresses earned an additional bonus because they passed this evening! it is a fun place where I would return with my family! ps only complain I ordered a high chair that was not there when we saw that there were high chairs. we brought baby cars so that works well!"

"Great, vast draft beer selection. Heck they even use an app on their website to show how full each keg is! In a word,... BRILLIANT. The food is exceptional; they even catered last year's (2022) William Tennent High School's Hall of Fame induction event. Hire them for your catering needs. The only downside is the noise volume due to its acoustics."
