"My wife and I went on a Sunday night. We sat very fast in a stand. We had the Guacamole and Hummus appetizer. The guacamole could have used some salt, but apart from that it was great. We weren't finished with the appetizer when my soup and her salad came out. The toscana soup needed some cayenne pepper, but otherwise good. The meal came out before he finished the soup and the salad. We both had different types of pasta. She had the Alfredo Pesto chicken. The sauce needs some salt. I had the Cajun chicken pasta. It was spicy! That's how it should be. Overall the food was excellent and the service was almost too fast. Our server was very attentive. She was there when we needed something."

"I've been here to the Happy Viking several times. Sometimes they get busy and things take a lil longer just like anywhere. The prices have increased just like everywhere else. My experience tonight was good. Sat at the bar during the end of happy hour. Bartender approached me within a minute. Took my order even politely offered a sample of beer I asked about. Service was fast and efficient. The Bartender asked with in a minute if everything was good and correct with my order. I was impressed. Food was perfect hands up to the crew and staff tonight. Great job keep it up."
