"The customer service at this restaurant was disappointing. We walked in to find a sign saying there was a private event, even though the bar area was empty. One of the staff members gestured towards the back as if the event was happening there. When we asked if we could sit at the bar, a tall white man cut off the staff member and directed us to the patio, even though it was raining. There are better ways to communicate with customers if you want their business in the future. I had been curious to try this restaurant, but after this experience, I have no intention of returning and will be sharing my disappointment with my friends."
