"To the owners of this restaurant- please remember that 1st impressions create lasting impressions... We arrived at 7pm, restaurant closes at 9. The hostess was rude upon arrival, told us the wait was 35mins. ummmm OK, no big deal. We were a party of 5 and were seated right at the front door entrance, 1 small table for 3 adults and 2 teens… this was the 2nd message that you obviously prefer patrons to take out their food instead of dine in.. We had to ask to be seated at a larger table that was better suited for a party of 5. The food was fine, not exceptional, we were never offered drink refills and you charged $4 for a side salad even though the menu price is $3. Message to the staff, you never know who’s eating in the restaurant so put a smile on your face and bring out your customer service skills whether you want to be there or not. To the owners, if you do not want to be an actual dine in restaurant then don’t. You don’t have enough room for people to eat inside and feel comfort anyway!!"
