"Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite the fact that the restaurant was more than half empty, it took 30 minutes to receive our appetizer and drinks. We were informed that the flatbread takes a long time to prepare, but when it arrived, it was burnt. The soup was served ice cold and the pasta was also cold and bland. Additionally, they forgot to include french fries with our son's kids meal and charged us for an order of fries we did not receive. When we asked for the mistake to be corrected, the waitress seemed annoyed and claimed she couldn't find a manager to adjust the bill. Instead, she offered us a gift card for the same amount. Overall, it was a rough night at this restaurant."
