"09/2022 New employees are way more friendly then in the past. 06/2021 Love it most of the time last visit was excellent. Delivery is usually fast $5 fee, up a dollar since last time I ordered) and pickup is usually ready within 20 minutes. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Building was remodeled not that many years back due to a fire so everything is supernew. 2019 I literally have a love hate relationship with this place most of the time ????. I've been ordering from thisspecific store since I was a child and my parents used to place the orders. They are by far my favorite pizza place. However,there were at least three times that I can count where I had to cut them off for a while. The first time I stopped orderingfrom them for almost 15 years because I was so upset. Within the last three or four years I have decided to try them again andhave only had to cut them off twice due to customer service issues. Once there was a refusal of delivery before they wereclosed another time with an issue with toppings and a refusal to fix it."
"We ordered pizza from Marks Canandaigua for a while. But I wanted to say that the NY style pepperoni pizza I ordered today was excellent!! I only get cheese on half the pizza because I'm lactose intolerance and my husband is. Someone was paying extra attention to keeping my cheese out of half! I also order well made crust, and they did it well, but not burned. Great work!"

"I ordered an extra large pizza. The sweet and tangy pizza with chicken fingers. When I got it it was LATE. The dough/crust was not fully cooked. It had pieces of plain chicken (not chicken fingers) and the box looked as if some one sat on it! It wasawful. I ordered on line and thought maybe I had placed my order wrong but after getting the pizza I double checked and my orderwas correct! Disappointed because usually their chicken finger pizza is great. But I was discussed with this order!"

"called and ordered 2 dozen chicken wings, 1 dozen garlic and a dozen medium. recovered 10 wings in each order. altogether 5 wings had broken bones, also with the order we received 3 bone chips and a wing was burned beyond the eating out. would not recommend it. better to look elsewhere."

"Her pizza was excellent, and everyone enjoyed the crust. The wings didn't appear to be medium, but the heat level was just right. We requested them to be crispy, and while they didn't turn out as crispy as we had hoped, they were still tasty."

"Ordered at location for takeout.Always super friendly staff.Had a coupon and he said to keep it for next time.ALWAYS go online and search for coupons.Pizza, wings and pretzels are delicious even though a little pricey... but isn't everything?You can eat inside with TV's for sports.They have a wall where there are different beers. You get a bracelet, give then your license, drink what you want and are charged by the ounces you drink. Pay when done and get your license back.A very diverse menu selection and the pizza for me is much better than the competitors.The sweet sauce is VERY sweet. I just get regular and if you want it sweeter just sprinkle sugar on it.Did I mention how nice the staff is? Cause they are.It was $25 with specialty large pizza and breadsticks (the breadsticks were $10 off with the coupon)."
