"when this place opened, I was there several times in the week; it is 10 minutes from my house and office. eating was consistent and tasty if not groundbreaking. in recent years, it seems that this place has become a misunderstood (or even *unmanaged red-headed stepchild of the chain.) Other places are clearly better in everything – service, food quality, presentation. I had to complain either to the manager or to the company about one in all three; it would be more, but I'm just exhausted and I want to eat mine. once a worker with an actiw bleeding wound served us on his hand eating. more often, eating is either incorrectly prepared or served cold. the employees are barely functional and the kitchen personnel are visible on the board when the dings are sent back. I had to move my business dinner elsewhere because the consistently bad service and quality. I still punish myself by eating here all couples, because it is the only 100% vegan option in the opposite."
