"I called in about my order made online, meant to be delivery. But when I got my confirmation it showed pick up. I was told by a lady claiming to be the manager that my order didn?t exist. She confirmed the southside location and continued to claim it wasnot in the system. She was very rude and even after I told her I am sick and didn?t want to get her staff sick she insisted Imust have ordered from somewhere else. So I drive down and the guy behind the glass asked for my name and without hesitationgrabbed my order that was waiting on the counter and handed it over. So my order was there, it could have been delivered but the?manager? did not care about the customer (me) or her staff enough to help out. I am appalled at the treatment from this lady."

"my employees said that eating was good, but the place was very dirty. the type licked his finger to open the bag and then touch the eating. I wouldn't eat it."

"After a full day of enjoying the beautiful San Diego sun, come visit Midway Classic Malt Shop. These guys are awesome. After easily parking, we were immediately greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Everyone is very friendly and the food was fresh fast and delicious. The selection of food and drinks is very expansive and the prices were very reasonable. They do have a kids menu. The shakes are also delicious and there was plenty to share. A great dining experience at the end of a long day. Thank you guys."
