"The cost is fairly high for what you get. The food is good make no mistake about that. I got a steak Philly with various toppings and all those were on the burger and at a good distribution so I got each topping in each bite. Which is not something you get at fast food. And speeding of speed, make sure you have time to kill. Granted at this point they were busy and a bit short staffed, but it took 30+ minutes for my sandwich, fries, and mozzarella sticks to get to my table. And you don't just have long waits when it's busy. Last time: I was the only person in that store for 45 minutes, it was around 3pm. The owner and a couple cooks were there. And as far as friendly staff is concerned, they are all pretty much apathetic. Which is no wonder because the owner is straight up mean. I've never come in and not seen a hiring sign even before COVID. To the owner, the staff will reflect your attitude in the way they work and how they treat your guests. If you are apathetic or just don't care your staff definitely won't. I will change my reviews as I see changes. I wish you all the best."
