"Our first visit to Propellerhead was an experience to be repeated!!! Staff was warm and welcoming. Our group of 9 was seated promptly. We shared awesome appetizers of mini pies, mac n cheese and ratatouille. The mini veggie pies could only get such incredible taste from the finest, freshest ingredients handled by a chef who has a light pastry hand. Expecting a traditional ratatouille of stewed veggies, we were pleasantly surprised by mandolin cut eggplant, squash, tomato grilled to perfection and resting on a bed of rich puree of veggies, spiced just right. The mac n cheese got raves! The burger eaters claimed their dinner was the best ever. My succatash contained fresh vegetables bursting with flavor and complemented by a delicious sauce.So artfully presented, it was a feast for eyes and palate. The buffalo chicken sandwich had several others in our party totally delighted. Grilled cheese and tomato soup were equally appreciated. For dessert, the brownies and ice cream were exceptional as was the apple pie. Traditional comfort food taken to a new level. There was even a diet, caffeine free soda- a rare treat on a menu. It's clear that Propellerhead means to please. Can't wait for our next visit!!"
