"Cheddars has gone down hill exponentially over the years. I worked at this Cheddars for 4 years in college and the service they provide now wouldn’t have been tolerated 10 years ago. If you place a carry out order for curbside pick up then prepare to wait a half hour after checking in and when your order should be ready. Their management is a joke at this point, and their customer service is nonexistent. When we called to inform the manager we still don’t have our order after waiting 20 minutes … – show"

"Visited on a Wednesday for lunch with a party of 3, one of which being a child. Seated immediately upon entry with no wait. Greeted by server and told her name and drink order promptly taken. Salads arrived fresh and delicious. Main course came shortly after. Ordered the salmon and Dijon chicken, child had tenders. All was delicious and fresh. Server reminded a few times but nothing major. Prices went up considerably since our last visit."
"Told me it was going 25 min wait ended up being one hour and 20 min. To realize they only had 3 server for the whole restaurant. Server doesng care about anything. 3 hour later my baby is throwing up. Stay away from this place, poor service poor food!!"
