"Absolutely awful service. My Dasher waited almost an hour to pick up my order because of how slow the restaurant was moving. Despite the long wait, none of my food was of good quality. The burger patty was over cooked and extremely dry. The mozzarella sticks, fries, and chicken bites all tasted overwhelmingly of stale oil. Disgusting food and awful service."

"I went to ralley last night at 10 o'clock. when I went up, all the staff were out. I ordered myself. the lady in the window was rude. I went to the house and the food looked like they threw it together. there was little british of cheese and mayo. I've gone back at 1 o'clock today. there was a hired outside. I asked for a manager. she said rude to drive to the car. I've been up and asked for a manager. a girl said she was the manager. I told her my complaint and she then called a girl who said she was manager. She said I can. the food is restored or received a refund. she yelled at me, then she took my quitting, I told her I'll never go back and laugh, and the door smiled and went away. this so-called manager does not have to work there and I am very disappointed at rallys. Never go here. rally must fire all employees and start fresh."

"Today, I decided to give them another chance and encountered the same two employees from last night. The cashier had a terrible attitude (an older man with white/gray hair) and wasn't paying attention when taking our order. He rang up our order incorrectly multiple times and was extremely rude. I decided to speak up and mentioned that we had received improperly made funnel cake fries the night before. The cashier insisted that was impossible because they come with powdered sugar, not salt. I tried to explain that they had been salted accidentally, but he continued to argue with me. Suddenly, a manager named Chris intervened and accused me of cursing at his employee and holding up the line. I tried to clarify that I was just trying to ensure my order was correct, but he insisted on completing the order despite the unnecessary rudeness. The situation could have been avoided if the cashier had been more attentive and not rushed the process, especially since I was the only customer at the speaker."

"I eat here often and they have awesome food, reasonable prices and nice staff. I get the same guy everytime at drive thru , hes great at customer service and gives me my sauces (which might seem like a small feat but its not most restaurants forget the sauces) hes NEVER messes up my order and is always professional. "I just through the food away! I was asked to park and wait on my food. 10 minutes later, a female and male walk out to hand me my food after not knowing who it belonged to. "where do I start? Their French fries are crunchy and have a fluffy inside, with amazing seasoning and just enough grease. Their sandwiches and burgers are always a staple and their chicken bite box…. Perfection and affordable, now on to my favorites… their wings are absolutely scrumptious and delightfully Packed with flavor and extra sauce. "I just left this Checkers. It’s 11:30 at night and the McDonald’s down the street wasn’t serving people (as usual) so I came here. Let me tell you, the gentleman that took my order and served me (I really wish I knew his name but my receipt says Dashia so I’m not sure if that’s him or not) was the KINDEST man I have encountered during a late night drive through. He was so sweet and funny. I really had to pull over and wrote this because that man truly deserves recognition for treating customers so well despite it being so late and tired!"

I have to say, and in doing so I am there something that I remember when rallys and checkers restaurants opened their chains in the center ohio. both very similar, and I understand by various sources that they were both a chain at a time. "I have been based on my review of my latest experience. 6 months ago, I would have said 1 star. but this time there were no 30 minutes in the drive, broken loudspeakers or rude fellow workers. we have used the thru running gear, ordered a decent size, $20/9-10 items. we just waited a few minutes before the order. staff were friendly, got my entire order quickly. we checked before we were missing a big frey. we went into the window, they quickly have us our fry. total time of extracting food - only about 10 minutes. and it was all super freshly tasted good. just another note: why are there now only 3 nuggets in the chicken bite box?!"
