"New Yorker here! Been living in NC for 16 years. This is a very good bagel. They are nicely sized and a great texture. The cream cheese is superb. My only complaint was that the everything bagel (which always seems to be most popular) had hardly any seeds, onion, garlic or salt on it. It basically tasted like a sesame seed bagel, so was a bit of a disappointment. I seen other reviews mention this, so it hasn?t been addressed. Man if they can fix that small issue, this may be the best bagel in NC."
