"My mother loves Marco's Pizza because it is one of the few places that makes pizza to her liking, but my experience with this location today will be the last. My mom and I ordered some pizzas to celebrate her birthday, and we received the wrong food and an attitude from one of the employees. We ordered a thin crust pizza with no cheese (as my mom can't have excess dairy) and received a thick crust pizza with mozzarella on it. When she called to make a complaint about the incorrect order and to see what could be done, the associate Jacob began an attitude with her. He repeatedly interrupted my mother to say he knows what was on the pizza because he took the order himself, and then proceeded to snicker when she said that he'd ruined her birthday lunch. We had to ask him for both his name and the name of his manager at least six times before he would comply. They're pizza is good but this service was horrible, I don't recommend this location. Hopefully management will deal with this associate, Jacob, accordingly for his poor treatment of customers and lack of professional customer service over the phone."
