"I ordered a pizza from here on 11/05/21, and the pizza never came!! I got my confirmation email, order tracker quoted me about 45 minutes, and then went about 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours.... I tried not to use the restaurant. Your advertised phone has somehow handed me over to the West Loop location Sarpino (I guess maybe her phone has been switched off and Sarpinos IT has forwarded me to another? Lol. The lady from the West Loop site was very nice and felt sorry for my situation, I guess I had ordered from there!! I understand that times are hard for restaurants and delivery services, and there is a lack of workers. But if you go arent to fulfill orders, turn off the online ordering system for your shop. I was in an unpleasant place where I had no idea if my pizza would ever come, and had to decide whether to roll the dice and order my dinner elsewhere. I got the pizza from Jet's. Was finished in 20 minutes without feet!"
