"We were told when we got there that they had received a lot of reservations that day and had to cancel all reservations that were made. I had out of town family meeting me there and had made a reservation for 10 people. They were unfamiliar with the area, parked (including paying for parking) only to discover that we couldn 't eat there. The hostess told us that our reservation had been transferred to the Hub, which is not even in the same neighborhood, nor does it have the same type of food as the Harmon. We accepted on her promise to call the Hub to ensure they had a table for us; unsurprisingly, they did not have a table for us when we got there, nor had anyone called in our reservation. I like the Harmon; have given a lot of business to them, the Hub, and the Harmon Tap Room over the years. This was a pretty disappointing experience and one that will be difficult to forget."
