"I have coveted loaded fries, and their menu did not disappoint. I ordered the "animal" fries, which is their vegan take on my old In N Out favorite. They also have buffalo ranch, bacon cheese, and chili cheese (all vegan). I also ordered the soulfood sushi roll. I'm not used to making "cream" based recipes (cream cheese and mayo-based sauce,) so although it was delicious, it was too rich for me. I would definitely try other roles! You are now fully VEGAN! "I had an amazing experience during my visit! We arrived quite late, but the staff was incredibly cheerful. My husband ordered the fried steak (I forgot to take a picture), while I went for the fish and chips. The potatoes were absolutely delicious—not dry or overly salty, just perfectly crispy and curly. This is the best cod piece I've had since returning to the states! It was nicely fried, flavorful without being too salty, and just melted in my mouth. The accompanying sauce was perfect as well. Overall, it was a fantastic combination. The meal pairs wonderfully with one of their drinks! The prices weren't too high, and the quality and portion sizes definitely justify it. I can't wait to bring my family here sometime! It's definitely a cool place to visit!"

"The food is consistently delicious at any Buffalo Wild Wings location I visit. The only drawback was the longer than usual wait to be seated and for the food to arrive. Our server was friendly and attentive. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. I highly recommend trying their Chicken Wings, Mozzarella Sticks Appetizer, Hot Wings, and Wings and Fries. The average cost per person for dinner is between $30-50."

"I don't know how much this has to do with this special place, but I try to order everything online is the absolute greatest pain. the app and the website constantly crash and spit mistakes, and the layout of everything is terrible. a lot of luck, that it even understand where to send her to eat. when I set my full address, and it showed the complete address on the order intake, it sent the driver only in the middle of philomath, as if it just saw the city on google maps, then it sent to the driver. also what they did on the fried pickles since the pandemic, but they are hardly spiced anymore."

"It wasn't much to do at 4 a.m. when we went there after the kids wanted a quick bite after school. We sat on the bar side. There were some servers running around. We haven't seen anyone wearing a mask. The food came out quickly because it was dead there. The wings were pretty good. We ordered both bone-in and boneless wings. There are many flavors to choose from sauce and dry rub. The menu had a list of flavor options where there are most spicy options at the top and goes to the mildest option. They also had good alcoholic drinks. The Nojito (non-alcoholic mojito) was pretty good. The strawberry limonade had fruit in it and my daughter loved it. Overall, we enjoyed our experience there. Server was attentive and polite. It was nice that we didn't leave when it was super busy."

"You have a great cocktail menu so we tried a few different drinks, including the Malibu Sunrise, which had a nice amount of alcohol in it. My niece tried that you must be nuts; amazing how you can taste the peanut butter in this! I had the midday quesadilla, plentiful portion and very tasty. I replaced the perpetrators and they were delicious. The other girls also enjoyed their choices to order both lunch half menu items that are a good way. The service was okay, could have been better. a little more waiting time than necessary, I think. Also I was presented and paid the bill without really a chance to check it, so I felt hurried as I signed."

"waited 15 minutes to be filled with restaurant 1/4. 30 minutes before we were seen from a server. ordering food and drink as soon as it came to the table and expects that the food should last. and the water did not come out until the food was 40 minutes later. assumed, the kitchen is possibly short personal as most places in these days. we only saw our server when they put something on the table so that we could not check the status of feed and drink. the manager is incredibly rude. they acted as if we had asked her for her first born child when we had asked her to change the tvs into the two games in the march. wings were kold. had she sent back, but it should have been there for another hour. this place needs a great overhaul. the drive is worth a bit more to get better service. side note: out server was very friendly and seemed to understand the quality of the service was not on par. the problems come from the administration."

"My wife and I went to this BWW Sunday after making a reservation on their website. We received confirmation emails and text message reminders for our reservation. When we arrived and told the hostess we had a reservation, she said, We don 't take reservations. When I showed her the confirmation on my phone, she said that I should not have been able to make a reservation and no tables would be available FOR 2 HOURS. She didn 't pretend to care about the inconvenience. My wife suggested we get a takeout order, but we both felt that the restaurant should do something, even if only a symbolic gesture, to compensate for the service failure. We drove 40 minutes for a reservation that they confirmed but would not honor. The cashier took our order, but before we paid he went to the manager to see what could be done. I stepped outside and my wife spoke with the manager (Carlos R. and he said nothing could be done. When I heard that, I went inside asked to speak with the manager. Before he returned, the cashier brought our takeout order to us. Carlos R. showed up and told us nothing could be done because it was a third party 's mistake. That defies logic! The third party is OpenTable which BWW hired to do exactly what they did: Make a reservation. I told him that I worked in restaurants for years and that you always try to satisfy the customer in the case of service failures. At least do SOMETHING, ANYTHING, to show that you are sorry for the failure and that you appreciate their business. He said he would do NOTHING. I showed him that our takeout order was complete and asked him if he would rather throw the order away than satisfy his customer. He said if you don 't want the food at full price, I 'll throw it away. He was happy to throw away the food and two customers. Why not discount the food slightly and keep two customers? He is neither a champion of logic or customer service. I wrote the corporate office the same day. No response. TERRIBLE SERVICE!"

"we want to eat at the buffalo wild wings for my friends sister birthday. When we arrived there, there was a 45-60 minute waiting when we left at 7:00. we put our name on the text waiting list. they never wrote us back when our table was finished. we went 90 minutes later at exactly 8:30 a.m. they said they have to stop accepting customers. they had more than they kept the table empty. they just want to show us and say that we eat in any other restaurant. we spoke the manager and did not get a table for birthday. very, very annoyed about the service they provided. every time I go, there's always a problem, but that's the worst problem still. no wonder why I never go here and I will probably never go back after this experience."

"I ordered a black bean burger that was so hard I was unable to bite into it...I was not only disappointed in the quality of the burger and what I was being charged being I buy a for so this wasn't a great quality patty... I felt it was very disrespectful to be sent out to the table in that way. I don't eat meat and just started dining out again with my family since the pandemic.
