"Everything about this place was good, and you won't be disappointed if you go. My 4 star was simply because I didn't find the menu to be inspired. What's on the menu you can get anywhere, which is why I ordered the duck. That was the exception to the menu. That, and the escargot appetizer special. Both were very flavorful, and I enjoyed them. The atmosphere feels high-end, but don't let that put you off if you're out for a casual dining experience. The room had a fair number of customers, many having lively conversations, but I could easily still converse with my husband. I felt the price was fair for the quality and quantity. The veg was not overcooked (so often done) and the duck had crispy skin while remaining juicy (duck dries out so easily). If you are looking for a place that has good food and something on the menu for anyone in your party, where you can feel comfortable dressed up or down, and an environment where you can have a quite meal for 2 or a larger gathering as easily, this is your place."
