"Bagels Road has always been my husband 's and my go-to spot because of their delicious food and good customer service. Today, they went above and beyond. I ordered a BR bagel for me to pick up before work. Cynthia called me twice to let me know that they didn 't have the cream cheese I wanted and offered me substitutes. I didn 't hear her the first time because my phone was already on 'Do Not Disturb ' mode, but she tried again, and her call finally went through. Excellent customer service! I don 't expect most places to be as persistent. Kudos to her!My husband and I love Bagels Road. The food is always fresh and delicious. When we want food delivered to our apartment fast, we place an order for Bagels Road. When I 'm short on time and need to grab breakfast on the way to work, Bagels Road hands me my pick-up order the minute I walk through their door.
