"I use to go here a lot but one time I ordered food and use my debit card. Then about a week later there was another use of my card at this location for the SAME amount that was my order the week before. I did not order anything at that time. I called and talked to the female manager and she was nice and I understood that somehow they pulled my ticket and put it through AGAIN because their computers were down the week before. She stated that yes they took money twice and that no I did not order from there since the week before. She assured me that she would get back to me... yea I have called about 7 times since then never getting to talk to a manager and no one returns my messages. Its been almost a month and nothing has been put back in my account. I tried to be understanding that it was THEIR mistake and give them time to fix it. Well... I will make sure everyone I talk to knows that they made a mistake and did not do anything to fix it. I will not be ordering from there again. Any Belleria for that matter."
