"I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the appearance of some of the servers at SONIC. While I appreciate the food and generally like SONIC, I find it unacceptable to be served by someone with facial piercings. I prefer to dine at establishments where the employees present themselves professionally. I understand that this may not be a requirement in Mississippi, but I believe that it reflects on the company's image. If SONIC cannot address this issue, I will take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration. Thank you."
