"I'm so glad that my husband and I decided to try Gravity on a whim as we were driving around, contemplating which coffee spot to try out next as we're new to the area. By far, this is our favorite coffee spot. We've been to this location twice so far and got the same drink each time; I had the salted caramel macchiato and he had hyperspace. We ordered decaf for both and were surprised at how flavorful and bold the coffee flavor was despite it being decaf. The sweetness levels were just perfect for both drinks as well. Most definitely will be a Gravity regular for sure."

"I am a customer since this stand is open and usually satisfied with the kindness and service. But today I was very unhappy. They sent a server to the line waiting on the first window, and these customers were immediately served and sent on the way. However, we practically ignored the second line. I waited 15 minutes behind a customer in front of me, and then 5 more to get my coffee. The people in the first line blocked the traffic into the safeway lounge, while many in the 2. Windows would have run if the servers operated this window."

"I absolutely love this coffee shop, the staff are always smiling, even though they are always wearing a mask, it is their eyes that let me know that they are smiling. Maybe one day I will be able to see the faces of these smart women. Once the pandemic has been destroyed, and life returns to a new normal that is. The selection of drinks is far better than Starbucks, I like the snickers 24 ounce blended the best. I wish we had a Gravity Coffee in Kamloops, BC, Canada because I would spend my money on their products rather than at Starbucks."

"First time here. Got a mocha as they are my favorite and I try them at different places everywhere I go. I did oat milk this time. Flavor wasn’t bad, price was pretty steep (more than Sbux Dutch which was surprising). I asked for extra hot and got a very lukewarm mocha.Staff was friendly enough. Not against giving it another go out of fairness but not very impressed as of now."

"The restaurant was chaotic and couldn't remember our order correctly. We received drinks that didn't taste great and there were still mistakes even after explaining several times. The staff was nice but seemed inexperienced at taking drink orders or making coffee. There are other drive-thru coffee places nearby that I would prefer to go to."

"This location is my go to on the way to work. Very friendly staff and I earned a free drink last time! They don’t offer food, but that’s not what I’m there for. Their coffee is tasty and their energy drinks are refreshing. These have sprung up everywhere in recent years and it is no wonder that they are having success despite the drive thru coffee segment being extremely saturated in the Pacific Northwest, quality product, consistent service and solid rewards program keeps me coming back."

"I have given this place a second chance multiple times, but this will be my last visit here. Every time I come, the service is so slow that it is frustrating. I waited for 15 minutes before leaving, while the person in front of me at the counter had their drink made in less than 5 minutes. The staff is consistently slow and something needs to change at this establishment."
