"The only reason I gave a low rating was because it took 17 minutes to receive my sandwich, even though I was the only customer and there were 4 employees working. Only one employee greeted me, and only two other customers were served after me. They need to train their employees to provide better service and go above and beyond, especially for new customers who may not know what is offered. However, the sandwich itself was very delicious!"
