"Wonderful place to eat at if you happen to find yourself strolling down Montana Ave in Santa Monica. Between the wonderful weather and delicious food it makes for a great time. Amazing and quick service. As for the food i was greatly pleased! The only bad critique i have is the marinara sauce (not pictured) that comes with the calamari, it was very soup like(low key giving tomato soup vibes), it lacked the thickness of a dipping sauce BUT nonetheless still good. I ordered the blackened chicken Caesar sandwich and chiiiiile the chicken was so juicy and seasoned to perfection. Everything tasted so fresh! My sister ordered the half pound rosti cheeseburger which looked delicious she did state ? for it to be a well done burger it?s still juicy and flavorful, it doesn?t taste dry at all? Of course i had to order me a drink, i kept it classy with Prosecco i love how it comes in a small individual bottle vs it being poured from a larger bottle. We ordered the pollo al mattone(drumsticks) for my nephew unfortunately he didn?t seem to enjoy the drumsticks as much but he was able to eat the fries. Btw the fries y u m m y you can taste the rosemary sea salt and I?m guessing a drizzle of olive oil. all in all this place is delicious and a heavy recommendation to eat at, the only downside honestly would be finding parking if their parking lot is full, but even then that was not much of an issue"

"I'm a door-disc driver, so I never ate there. the couples who own it and run it seem very nice. the woman works in the rule the register. they get a lot of orders and are busy. So it must be good to eat! it smells great at least. only on the bottom is the lack of space for waiting guests, so u can have to wait outside when there is a long line, but they are always hard at work to feed them and their family"

"If I could put ZERO stars I would. I have been ordering here since they opened! Tonight will be my last. Place a simple order (tenders and a sandwich 2 hours ago. I know it can get busy so I waited patiently. After a hour and a half I called the restaurant wondering where my order was and was told it’s on the way. I then spoke with them again and they placed the driver on the phone (he was at the restaurant he told me he tried to deliver my food and spoke with someone that told him to go to a different address. When he read back my phone number he called the wrong number (typed it in incorrectly okay. Things happen right? He told me he was gunna come deliver my food and I still agreed to wait. (It’s late now and nothing is open and I worked all day and haven’t eaten yet. I then speak with the manager and she told me she’s not having the driver deliver the food and is going to refund me the order…. I was shocked that she rather lose a customer than just send the driver with the food that’s supposedly already made to me? I told her I have been waiting now 2 hours and a just canceling my order is suppose to be chill.. if she was the one in my shoes I don’t think she would have been so careless. But she was. She said oh well and that we shouldn’t be ordering to them anyway that we might be too far away. Imagine?? MIND YOU IVE ORDERED FROM HERE DOZENS OF TIMES. LOL. Just can’t believe a business could be so careless and unprofessional with their regulars. I will not be ordering here again and I will be sure to tell others not to. BEWARE of rude careless unprofessional manager. Plenty of great places to eat in Worcester don’t take the chance."

"NY Pie is one of my go-to, no-nonsense delivery/takeout pizza spots in the area. I order from here quite frequently, and the pizza is always consistently very good. The seasoning on even just a plain cheese pizza is awesome. I love the huge pepperoni they use, too. If you order a large, make sure you have room in your fridge for leftovers--they're very generous with the size. The delivery drivers are always friendly and usually ahead of schedule, even on busy nights. A huge plus that they actually have a decent size parking lot, too. Much less of a hassle than trying to find street parking during rush dinner hour somewhere else."

"The food at this restaurant is not only amazing, but the service and the manager are amazing as well. Prices are a bit high, and we made a mistake with our order. Despite feeling terrible about it, the staff reassured us and made us feel like it wasn't a big deal. This speaks volumes about their customer service. We truly appreciate them."

"We've been looking for authentic deep-court pizza since we moved to Nashville. This is Legit! It was empty when we arrived, but soon more customers came to dine, as well as several people to pick up orders. The service was excellent and the pizza was very good. I didn't see a child's meal, but they made a mini dune crust pizza for my year old that she loved! We left home and my husband took her for lunch. When I asked him how the pizza tasted, he said excellent! I think we finally found the Chicago court we were looking for!"

"I have spent a lot of money at this restaurant, enjoying great meals, but recently my experiences have taken a downturn. The pizza has arrived cold, items were missing, and some dishes were hard and burnt. When I called to complain, the manager was extremely rude, explaining that he couldn't afford to remake the food or provide coupons. Although discounts are advertised on the website, he was upset that I used them, implying that I wanted something special. All I wanted was food that wasn’t burnt and was cooked properly. On one occasion, I even found a wing in the side dish. Why was there only three wings? The fries were stale and looked old, as if they had been sitting out and someone else had ordered them but never picked them up. Most of the time, my meals are just disappointing. Why do they put my salad in with my chicken? They even blocked my ability to view the website to place my orders. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience."
