"This place can surprise you, it sure did surprise me! A combination of restaurant and healthy food is carefully balanced in this place. We tried: Salmon crepe 5 stars. Try adding avocado Chili cheese fries 3 stars. Too salty. Chicken salad our absolute favorite. Giant portions, and not simple lettuce, a proper salad mix and all sorts of things and a generous freshly grilled chicken. We are coming back."

"I could not WAIT for this place to finally open up! And it did not disappoint! The owner and the staff are super friendly and they really make you feel like it's a home away from home which is really hard to find in a place. The food is delicious. The gnocchi in the truffle sauce was well made and I could literally put that sauce on anything. I also enjoyed the steak crostintini which had a really nice tender steak that I enjoyed very much. Oh and don't even get me started on the smoothies!!! They were awesome! Thick and super favorable. Honestly if your looking for good food around this neighborhood I would highly recommended this place to Any and everyone!"

"This Cafe is nicely located in a corner at Davis Square. It has a nice look and we'll decorated inside. Two things that call my attention in this visit (in still here), and why I reduced one star: The table in using is sticky, my jacket and my laptop make a funny noice to detach from the surface. And the cafe latte I ordered is extremely hot, it's been like 10 minutes and I still can't drink it; you can probably see the smoke from my cup in the picture in sharing."

"We started out at Snooze, which was too crowded and so raucous that we just up and left. We went by Annie?s, which was closed (it was Monday). So we came to the French Press, and voila! It was delightful. Quiet, spacious, comfortable, a menu bursting with creative options and friendly staff cool young people but nice, with a common touch. The food was extraordinary. Obviously prepared with care, not hustled as quickly as possible according to some neo industrial scheme.This is my new favorite breakfast place."

"With limited vegan options around me I was super excited to try Lakou, but this is where my excitement ended. I wasn't crazy about the vegan plate I had, it was excessively salted and tasteless otherwise. My friend has a sandwich that was just okay. Def wants to go back as it is super sweet and the menu _sounds_ amazing, maybe it was an off day"

"Sat in the back of Star juice. It's a quiet oasis away from the noise, and hustle bustle of Pico. "We arrived on a Saturday with a Party of 9. The place was half full and we were greeted by the hostile owner who decreed we can’t seat you outside so we sat inside. The owner who did not want to serve us cause she said several times that there is a 30 to 45 minute wait on getting our order. Our server was just terrible I mean terrible. The server kept on serving food that wasn’t ours and for some unknown reason they refused to serve us crepes. I ordered a cappuccino and it tasted like they just added water to used coffee grounds.the food was average and served cold.We actually had to wait 20 minute just find out where to pay. The amount of people walking out without ordering was alarming. Honestly the owner should just close the establishment and start over."

"New owners and sorry to say recipes are not the same. They eliminated most of the good cakes and pastries. They have changed the recipes especially in the breads. They seem to be pushing their Café business. I asked the person behind the counter where all the pastries and cakes gone to. His reply was it's still the same, didn't change . Come to find out they just purchased the bakeryLost my business mainly because of the change in the recipe for the Italian bread which is very light and airy. Just Not the same"
