"I hate the idea of customer service these days. There seems to be a disconnect from what a customer wants vs. the establishment or the employee. Today, I went into Palios Cafe 5 minutes before closing. I didn't realize they were about to close, I was looking at the menu when the cashier walked up to tell me they were closing at 8 pm. When I asked if I could still order something, I was told everything was put up and NO. No apology, nothing.I realize that I was last minute, but I honestly didn't know the closing time. If it was their intention to close early, not offer customer service, or the ability to order, then they should have locked the doors. Obviously, my order or money wasn't needed."
