"Note to the owner.. really like your place, order there often. Clearly you have a theft problem because half the time I am challenged to show an order confirmation upon pickup and then I'm fumbling around looking for something to prove I ordered it... just inefficient, I feel like I'm being treated as if I am stealing the food every time I walk in there. Instead can you consider not writing the name on the bag in large, viewable print by anyone that walks in the door? The thief would have no way of knowing the names of the people that ordered the food, and then when a customer walks in, they can say Order for Bob and you give Bob his order. If they say Order for Mary and there is no known order for Mary, then it is totally reasonable to have them show you the order confirmation. If you can address this, I'll change this review to 5 stars."
