"I visit this restaurant every day! While they occasionally make mistakes, they are always quick to resolve them. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I love going there for breakfast. Their rewards program is fantastic; I had a technical issue, but their tech support was really helpful. I'd love for them to offer fountain soda, as it's not available in the new building. It gets busy around 7 AM on weekdays, but the wait isn’t long at all!"
