"I usually have a great experience here, but this time not so much. I'll start with the good stuff: The service was exceptional. Waiting time was almost zero. It's not that good now. I decided to try the Yummy Yummy Roll. It has unagi (eel) above. The extra stuff you see at the bottom right corner of my plate on the photo is the bones I spit out. I didn't complain about it, but when the server asked if I wanted a box, I told her that I lost my appetite bc, the aal was not boned. She immediately went back to the sushi chef who apparently told her that the aal always has bones. So she took it off my check, but warned me not to order it again. I definitely won't. But seriously? It always has bones? I have eaten a lot of sushi, and many Unagi in my life to involve in Tokyo. I never had to spit out bones, especially not more than one. I tried to check two pieces, and both had bones. Then I tried a piece where I took the aal, but the whole taste was in the aal and the sauce at the aal. So it wasn't good and I lost my appetite. Server has handled it very well, but ew. I can't de-bone, but I'm not a cook. Sushi cook has to learn how to debure an aal. I will definitely return to this restaurant, but don't order it again! Try gluing on veggie rolls, only in case the cook thinks that salmon always has bones in it."
