"Ph?45 opens at 8 o'clock, so if you are up early and want some ph?, this spot is not bad. The staff was very friendly. They gave us the menu and were quick to ask what we would like to order. The staff didn't mind waiting for us. We had #1 with Vietnamese coffee on the side. They load the herbs with Thai basil, sawtooth, bean sprouts, limes and jalapeños. I love a Ph? restaurant that all these herbs for a bowl of ph?. The #1 was also loaded with meat. The only reason I gave him a 4 star instead of 5 was because the meat didn't seem so fresh. The cut beef seemed like cut beef, which I buy from the frozen part of the grocery store. But overall, soup taste was okay. I love Vietnamese coffee, so in a new place I had to try. The coffee was bitter and not too sweet, but there is a hint that I still don't find out. Coffee was delicious."
