"Taggart's used to be fantastic, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. It was a Thursday, and the restaurant wasn't busy; in fact, most patrons received their orders promptly—except for us. After waiting for 29 minutes without even so much as an update, we decided to leave. Just then, our order finally emerged from the kitchen. Although I felt inclined to refuse it, my kind-hearted wife paid for the meal, and it was packaged for takeout. Unfortunately, after a long 40-mile drive, a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a cobb salad just weren't enjoyable. It will be a long time before we consider returning to Taggart's. They really should be embarrassed by this experience, and frankly, the meal should have been offered for free."
