"I ordered two 12-inch steak subs and a large order of onion rings for myself and my son at Alanos. I requested extra cheese and pickles on the side, but unfortunately there was no cheese or pickles in our order. The subs and onion rings were dry and overcooked. Despite the negative reviews, I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt as it was not busy at the time. However, I was extremely disappointed when I returned to my hotel room. I spent $37 for a subpar meal. Thank you for reaching out to me about my order, and I appreciate that you took steps to improve. I am now grateful for the excellent service and will continue to try meals from Alanos. I highly recommend trying their pizza. Thank you, Alanos, for striving to satisfy your customers.
