"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I have dined here a few times before and the service and food were always outstanding. However, this time was a complete letdown. We made a reservation after a recommendation from the UW La Crosse department, but when we arrived, they had forgotten to write it down. We were seated at a dirty table in the bar area, and the overall cleanliness of the floors and bathrooms was subpar. It took 35 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and our food took 1.5 hours to be served. When it finally arrived, the food was cold and the baked carrots were undercooked. I felt sorry for our waitress who was doing her best to rectify the situation, but the bartender was extremely rude. Two men who were seated behind us even left after he failed to make their drinks. One of the girls working there had to step in and make the drinks herself. To top it off, another girl behind the bar was seen vaping. This experience was a major disappointment and I will not be returning."
