"For ramen enthusiasts, Tsujita and its Annex are revered as a temple of tsukemen, where waiting in line is worth it any day of the week. The success of their rich pork broth and noodles has made them a must-visit spot. So when news of their new sushi restaurant, Sushi Tsujita, came out, there was skepticism. But stepping into the restaurant, you are met with a chic outdoor patio adorned with an exquisite chandelier, giving off an upscale vibe. Inside, the intimate yet spacious interior is a standout in LA's dining scene. While the $15 lunch deal was enticing, I opted for the Special Assorted Bowl for $35, which included a delicious chawanmushi steamed egg followed by a variety of seafood dishes. The meal was a delightful experience and a great introduction to Sushi Tsujita's offerings."
