"1/16/2021: We ordered dinner online for pickup. We arrived at the restaurant and waited for the text that the order was ready, but it never came. My wife then went in to see about our order and was told their internet had been down. We understood and asked that the order be resubmitted and expedited. They agreed and said it would be about 20 minutes. About 30 minutes later we checked on our order and we were told it would be 20-30 minutes more. We then asked to have the order cancelled and the restaurant agreed. One week later the charge was still appearing on my credit card so I called and spoke to the manager, Tony. Tony said that as that night’s dinner rush was about to start, that he would call me no later than the following Monday (two days later). I never received a call back so I called the restaurant again about two weeks later and left a message for Tony and still not have not gotten a call back. It is now 2/21/2021 and I have had to open a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the charge...all because we were trying to support a local independent business in the time of covid."
