"WARNING. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK. We dined in for dinner about three hours before closing. The wait was a good twenty five to thirty minutes. Our order was taken about fifteen minutes after taking our seats. We were seated outside their patio space was quite comfy and very comfortable like. We were a party of four (myself included). This is where things got frustrating (between us, the customers and staff). We received our entree?s one hour later. Not only did we receive our entrées, but the waitress dropped two of the entrées on to the table as if they were a piece of paper! HOW RUDE. She then walked away when we thanked her. At this point, we had about forty five minutes to enjoy ourselves and finish our meals. One amongst our party ordered a pepperoni pizza which yes, we were told it would be a more wait since they have their way of baking the pizza. Understandable, right? Yes. Well then the pizza came out burnt. We all gave it a try to cut the pizza with a fork and knife to our surprise we all had agreed that the pizza was ROCK HARD. I have uploaded photos of the pizza. We informed our waiter of the issue. She wasn?t too happy with us. She then grabbed the pizza pan and walked away for the second time. Things got so tense that we had the manager finally come to our table. We had no water refills, one entree was missing a side, and another entree wasn?t complete. The manager was really of no help. There is no reason for a staff member to drop entrées onto the table and have sauces fly everywhere! The service we received here was absurd. Note: I ordered an expensive dish to only have it smothered in lemon juice. SUPER ACIDIC. Very hard to eat. I had their Old Fashion with a Japanese Whiskey the cocktail was so difficult to drink that I left the restaurant with my throat SORE. Acidic and super dry mixed was awful. Also. The desserts were both complimentary due to the service we received."
