"Our server Raul boosted the rating I would’ve otherwise given. He noticed immediately my order was not to standard, which I otherwise wasn't quite sure of since it was my first time here. I suspected something was wrong but I didn’t have to make a thing of it, nor did I need to just keep quiet and eat it while thinking less of the overall experience/quality, because Raul was on top of it. Needless to say it was corrected and much better for it. Wine choice was good. Food was good. Not my favorite Italian food you can find in the greater Chicagoland area for the price point but I’d still recommend for a cozy date spot or small group outing. Overall positive experience and it is a nice addition to downtown Arlington Heights.
