"Worst pick up experience I have ever had (even with the patience that comes from personally working in food service for 8+ years) hot food was taken out of the warmer and left to sit on the counter for 20 minutes (even after I asked for it to go back in the warmer and was ignored) while the staff bumbled about and the bartender flirted with customers that just walked in instead of making a drink order that had been placed 50 minutes ago. ALL the hot food was cold, multiple sides were forgotten, basic requests like please no marinara were ignored, and the bartender was openly rude and hostile after, again, failing to make a drink for 50 minutes and taking longer to make a single togo drink than it took the kitchen to prepare 6 different items). Will never order take out from here again, would recommend steering clear."
